Despite whether your exams went great, terribly, or you're just unsure, you're more than likely going to be stressed and anxious about results day. Well hopefully this post will help you.

Try to put right what went wrong...
If you can easily identify what went wrong, try and put it right. Maybe you know that you didn’t do enough past papers, focused too much on fancy posters, although they don't work for you or left your revision too late. Try and rectify what went wrong and take anything you've learnt from your exams forward to the rest of your exams, college, your A2 year or university.
Don’t keep thinking about it...
You should focus on the things you can change and forget the things you can’t. Many of you would have done tones of revision so of course its so disappointing if an exam didn't go as planned. However, you cant do anything to change it. Of course that sucks! but the most important thing is to remember, even if you didn't do too great, there are always options.

Waiting for results day...
Don't get me wrong, of course grades are important and its completely understandable if you are worrying whether they're good enough for your chosen university or college course. But all you can do at this stage is try to forget about that. Whatever grade you get it’s a total waste of your time and energy to stress over something that you can’t change. Try to channel this energy and time into something more positive, whether that be learning to drive, or simply being with friends. When dreaded results day does come and you do get your grades, you can ONLY THEN make decisions about what to do next. So stop imagining worst-case scenarios and make the most of this time you've worked hard to deserve.

Only you can change the way you feel. Good luck for results day and have a lovely summer!
