August already...here are my months favourites.

Next Handbag

I brought this in the Next sale for £18 and I have to say it was 100% worth it! First of all, the quality is amazing and for the price you can't go wrong. No fuss fashion is the way to go and this bag has all the prestige of high-end glam with the non-nonsense of day-to-day wear. The size of the bag is perfect for me as I can fit all my essentials in...including my make up bag. The only thing I wish it had was a detachable shoulder strap as I always find they come in handy. This all said, this bag is my favourite out of all the bags I own.

Next Sunglasses

One item that should always be on the ‘must-pack’ list for your summer holidays is a trusty pair of sunglasses to protect your eyes and keep you looking cool throughout the day. These have been my go to sunglasses for this Summer. The gold detail on the front of the frame is something I really like as it turns then from a normal black pair of sunglasses to a 'expensive' looking pair. I wish Next did them with a silver detail as I am fussy enough to not wear the same colour metals. I know quite odd, but if its a ring or even a buckle the colour must match.

MissGuided Culottes

Culottes have been seen extensively this Spring/Summer and MissGuided know the trend all too well. MissGuided is one of my favourite online only stores and these culottes are gorgeous, good quality and affordable. I adore the floral print and I think they look so high end for £30! For daytime I usually wear these with two-part black heels, a basic black long sleeve top and my trusted Next bag (as seen above). For the evening I pair them with the same two-part heels, a black crop top ,or off the shoulder top, and a clutch bag.

MAC Creme D' Nude

My absolute favourite Mac lipstick, I can't praise it enough! Its formula is perfect it adds the perfect shine without being to glossy. I have found with other creme sheen lipsticks by Mac they do look too glossy and hardly have any colour to them once applied. However, this is so easy to build and looks lovely paired with Mac's naked lip-liner. I'm the biggest nude lip fan and this tops my list of favourites.

Loreal Lumi Magique Primer/Highlighter

This is a fairly new purchase of mine so I haven’t used this primer many times to be able to say I love it, but it has definitely impressed me so far. A little goes very long way with this primer so it is well worth the money at £9.99 at Superdrug. The product comes out of the tube quite thin, almost like the consistency of Mac Face and Body foundation which, makes it very easy to blend and build. Loreal also do a concealer, foundation and highlighter pen in this Lumi range which I have yet to try. If you have tried them leave me a message to let me know what you think.

Loreal Hair Mask Treatment

I used to have ombré hair and currently, I have a few strands of dye in my hair. So my hair has seen its fair share of damage. This has been a 'hair' saver for my ends! Before using this mask treatment my ends were so dry and brittle. They were almost straw like. I brought this after it was used on my hair at my local salon and I had to purchase it as it did my hair wonders and smelt so good! It is a bit pricey at £16 a tub but for me it makes such a difference. I wash my hair, apply the mask to the mid and ends of my hair, leave the mask in for up to five minutes and then rise. My hair really does feel so smooth and looks so glossy after using this treatment. Although brought in my local salon it can also be found on amazon. Link is below.

Dove Summer Glow Moisturizer

My everyday struggle of not having the 'able to tan' skin has been helped by this wonderful product. Gradual yet moisturising I have seen many wonderful reviews about this product and I have to say... it does work and looks very natural as it only gives a slight tint. I have tried a lot of tanning moisturisers, and I have found ones that I love and that I hate, but this one is my favourite. It gives a very subtle, natural color, that blends in perfectly with your natural skin color, whether it is very pale, of somewhat tanned. The one thing that is disappointing is the smell. It does smell slightly like fake tan and you can smell it on the skin once applied more than twice. However, if you apply a fruity scented moisturiser on top once the tan has dried it masks the fake tan smell.
